Shipping policy

At Baylor + Bloom LLC, we are committed to getting your items to you quickly and reliably — whether it’s a sweet outfit for your little one or a special pre-order drop you’ve been waiting for.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase — or sooner, whenever possible.. We ship using flat rate, standard shipping (3–5 business days) for all domestic orders. Pre-ordered items are shipped the same day they are received and/or processed in store. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your pre-order ships. Please note: Pre-ordered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes, a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Baylor + Bloom is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

·       Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer

·       Natural events (weather, disasters, etc.)

·       Carrier-related delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

·       Shipping delays or disruptions (e.g., strikes, customs, or international transfers)

Once a package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is out of our control. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and that your delivery location is secure.

We do not issue refunds or reshipments for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Missing Items or Concerns?

If you believe an item is missing from your order or if something isn’t right, please contact us at sierra@baylorandbloom.com within 7 days of your delivery date so we can make it right.
