At Baylor + Bloom LLC, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We want you to love every piece you purchase for your little one — but if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-closeout items that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). Purchased within the last 30 days. Items that are returned showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or without tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive your item(s), your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 1–3 business days.
To keep our prices affordable for all families, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. However, if you're making an exchange, we'll cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) back to you.
Final Sale & Closeout Items- Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 30 days. Items marked as "Final Sale" or labeled “Closeout” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
We’re proud to offer great prices and personal service. To keep this possible, we reserve the right to, decline returns that exceed one per month per customer, refuse returns we believe show signs of misuse, apply a restocking fee when necessary
Exchanges (excluding size changes) will be fulfilled for the same size as originally purchased unless otherwise approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
